Pink stripe summer dress

Never been worn! Pink and white striped summer dress with smocked back and buttons down the front. Bust/ waist sits at approximately 13 inches but stretches up to approximately 23 inches. I wouldn’t say this is a true XXL more of a L/XL. From where the strap ends to bottom hem is approximately 38 inches.
