Hey there and welcome to Poshmark!🔹I've come to know and love the Posh community. If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to ask! My friends will vow that not only am I totally addicted to Posh, but so are they. The biggest tip I received from a fellow Posher was to follow, like, and share other people's closets and listings because most people will return the favor. The more visibility your closet and listings receive, the more successful you'll be. Happy Poshing! 💙💍🌎

@mirandalee what does "trade my likes" mean? & how 2 I get a shipping label 2 send ppl their items they've purchased from me? & thank u so kindly 4 all ur help! 😊

Well, trading is something you can do on here but it's considered an "offline" transaction so Poshmark cannot protect you from scams, not receiving items, etc. It just means someone would like to trade you something of theirs for something of yours.

If you sell something, Poshmark will send you a pre-paid shipping label to the email address that you provided with the buyers information (shipping is paid for by the buyer). If you are trading someone, once again, it is considered an "offline" transaction so you'll need to cover shipping yourself and figure all that out with the individual you're trading with. I don't trade, so I don't have very much info/experience.

@mirandalee so I shouldn't do trades? I see ur point bc I'd hate 2 send someone my item then not receive theirs. & also, I found some items I'd like 2 buy but idk how long it's been since the seller has been online & I'm not sure how 2 contact them 2 see if the item is available bc I left a comment but no response from them yet...

I would just be extremely cautious about trading. If you go to the person closet and click on their profile picture, it usually will show when they were last active. If that doesn't show up, you can usually see when the last time they "shared or edited" the item of interest by clicking on the item and looking in the top left hand corner.

The only way to really contact a seller is by commenting on their listings, if they don't respond, they may not be active currently.

@mirandalee thank u so much!! I didn't know u could do that lol I checked a few profiles & it just said when they signed up. But if they don't get back 2 me, I'll spend my $ elsewhere lol
