Pink ruffle dress w/ free gift!

Knit pink, ruffled dress with a free velvet floral hat as a gift. My girls are too big for the dress, so if you're over, say, a C cup? I'm not sure it'll be too flattering :c but it'll likely fit anyone from a sm-large due to everything being adjustable! (Straps and back bow) I've never worn the hat because my hair is usually in a huge pony tail, fro, or twists that are still too big for the hat and I don't like to mess up my hair..its complicated..but they're both brand new. Never worn
