Pink pretty little thing high heel boot

These boots are a fun poly satin in a bright fuchsia with a rhinestoned embellishment above the heel. they've been tried on on hardwood floors but not worn outside. there is a mark on one (see detail). they are labeled as a size 4 but I'm not sure which sizing system that is because they fit me (us 6.5/euro 37) .
