catdog75 @kaplanite321 sorry I just noticed this when going through my closet. The bottom/widest part of the waist band is 17 inches laying flat. The top of the dress all the way around is 39 inches. I hope this helps. Thanks

catdog75 @julie48 I’m sorry I’m not taking offers on this. I lowered it already. This is an $800 plus gown. If you look up the designer, I am basically giving it away.
