Pink floral puff sleeve dress from Eggie

Pink floral mini dress from the brand Eggie (Belle Dress) by Jenn Im. Floral jacquard/brocade fabric in a pretty pink/mauve color with puff sleeves and tie strings at the neck. Hem has a little ruffle detailing. I love this dress so much but it doesn’t fit me :( tagged size XS but i think it would fit an XXS better, fabric doesnt have any stretch to it (there is a side zipper though). The straps has a bit of fraying on it - see fourth pic. Otherwise excellent condition. MEASUREMENTS: Length is about 30.5” Waist is about 12-12.5” flat Hips is about 17” flat and the material is NOT stretchy at all but there is a side zipper
