Pink floral dress size 0

Jessica Simpson pink black and white with yellow floral dress with short sleeves. The tag says small but I'm a 2/4 and this dress was too small for me. It's a fitted style dress with a flattering V neckline. There's no damage to the dress. Unfortunately it just doesn't fit me! length 39in across armpits 13in Comment any questions and I'll get back to you asap!
