Pink diamond blue floral mini dress with puff sleeve size 8

this dress is so cute, its a true mini dress so its quite short. fitted all the way down until the ruffles at the bottom. sleeves are puffy and can be worn down (as a 3/4 sleeve) or pulled up which makes the puff slightly more dramatic (my personal fav) says size 8 but definitely fits more like a small or size 4.
