Pink crystal and stone necklace

This necklace is very “Little Mermaid” to me. I got this a long long time ago in my teens and have just stopped wearing it. Hardware is sterling I believe (and needs polishing), and I have no clue what the stones are. I’m unclear on whether they are even natural or lab created, although I’m leaning towards natural due to the differentiation in seemingly organic shape of each individual stone.
