Pink bell skirt

I purchased this from bhldn for Easter a few years ago and ended up wearing something else. so pretty and flirty- the hem is heavier so the full skirt swishes like a bell! soft blush pink with pockets. there is a tiny mark on it as indicated in the pictures. I suspect pencil. nwt
