Excellent visability; flourescent green for those who run in traffic areas. Quarter zip design lets you zip it up around your neck when it gets chilly. Sleeves have thumb hole to keep hands warm. Band around bottom for a finished look and helps keep in place. Measure 17" from pit to pit and 29.5" from the neck seem to the end of the sleeve cuff. Has an 8" zipper and a 3" stand up collar. Length is 23.5" on back from neckline to hem. This is a pre owned garment in very good condition. There is a teeny tiny speck on the cover of the zipper just below the collar and a very faint mark on the back bottom band. See pictures.
