Pink Tulle Top

High low tulle tube top. Worn once for a few hours for Taylor swift (and hand washed to remove any sparkles 🙂) The top is a little over 13” width with some stretch. I’m about 28” around where the top sits above the breast, but I was unable to close the top. But you couldn’t tell and it stayed up just fine I’m 5’3
