Pink Tartan Flouncy Knee Skirt

This skirt is very unique, it is knee length and made of a heavy, stretchy fabric that makes it perfect for colder weather. I'm not sure what the fabric is called but it seems like a mix between scuba knit and ponte. See photo for fabric content. It has a somewhat nubby texture. This skirt would look great with a denim or chore jacket with some leggings and boots. The waist is 38 inches around, with an elastic waistband and outside zipper, and is 21 inches long. No flaws noted, excellent condition. What a fun winter skirt!
