Pink, Ruffle sleeves, Deep V neck, Party

Worn once for like 3 hours at my birthday Party. Has a deep v neck but when paired with a tank top under it gives coverage. Fits a size 16 but I could see it also fitting a size 14 or 12 well, it was tight on me. Short I put leggings underneath bc it was in the winter but you could wear it without leggings. Price is negotiable. :)
