Pink Party Dress with Black Fringe

This dress is so unique! The lining is hot pink and there is a black flower mesh overlay with gold/silver highlights. The fringe on the bottom is about 3 inches long. The front is modest high neck and the back has a sexy V. Two long black ribbons on the back can be tied in a bow. Worn once - to "casino night" on a cruise. It makes a statement!
