Pink Lilly High waisted belted pants

Pink Lily boutique super cute high waisted belted pant! These have an elastic waist for stretch. The rest of the pant does not stretch but it has a loose fit to it. Wide leg. These are size small and I would say true to size. I am a size 28 inch waist and these were a little tight on me. Probably best for a true size small. These are so cute I wish they fit!
