@txmav411 Hello! There is a great stretch to the fabric, but there’s still structure—it’s a fabric blend that feels and moves similarly to active wear or scuba type material. The armpit to armpit measurement laying flat and not stretched is approximately 34-35”. Hopefully this helps! 😊
