@br0nzeblonde I'm not sure, but that is why the price is so low. I am not sure how true this is, but a friend told me that when one of her Coach bags ripped, she sent it to Coach and they fixed it for free. Perhaps they offer a cleaning service as well? My suggestion would be to try the suede cleaner that Coach sells
