Pink Ballet Skirt? (see listing details!)

Received this in a returned mail mystery box. I have no clue what it is exactly, but I think it's a ballet skirt. Has attached piece of fabric with snaps for what I assume is a belt. there is literally no tag on it, so unsure brand, size or fabric. guessing it's small, but it's very stretchy.
