Pineapple quartz 925 sterling silver and tiny diamonds necklace earrings set

This set is called pineapple quartz, notice how the stone is cut in a triangle shape. Very cool and unique set. I believe they are real diamonds but not positive. 925 Sterling setting. I purchased this set in 2005 for $600 as a gift to myself for childbirth. :) Wore it often until pandemic. Now sadly it has been unworn for a few years. There is one missing diamond from one earring, all others are intact. Totally worth having it repaired. Earrings are not super heavy but they are a bit heavy so if you have sensitive ears be aware. I wore them often no trouble.
