Pine Broyhill Fontana China Cabinet

I originally bought this china cabinet for $700. Originally bought this in Chicago and transported it to California. It is in Mid condition, wood, glass and lighting inside the cabinet is in good conditions the only thing wrong with it is some of the drawers may need new extension slides but other than that, that’s about it. I am asking for 300$ O.B.O. If I had the time to fix the sliding extensions and give it some polish and sell it for way more I would but I need out the house ASAP,
