@sasipim123 HI again, sorry but I am confused (nothing new ) lol I am not understanding the 28 waist measures. I usually wear size 10 in dresses but my waist is 31 so I'm just wanting to make sure this will fit before I buy it. I would appreciate any help you may have. Thank you very much!

@nanasgals the “waist” was measured right under the bust because it is the smallest part of the dress. The back is also elastic. I am also a 31 inch waist at my actual waist and I fit it.
