tahitianmeme I am a size 0-2. However, bust line I always have to go a size 4 and then always alter waist. I see there is an elastic waist...do you feel this dress has enough stretch to close up top?

adoredeals @tahitianmeme GoodMorning🙂 It is not an elastic waist band. it would fit a 0-2 best. The waist band is 24 inches around. And the top could easily be pinned or sewn shut if you are no larger than a 32 C. Hope that helps.
