Pillow cover with hand embroidery

"Bring me the sunset in a cup."  Emily Dickinson.  Pillow cover handmade from a vintage French linen sheet (exclusive of decoration) with side black tie closure. The sheet's center seam is seen on the front and back of the pillow cover. An original hand repair is also on the back of the pillow - all contributing to the character and charm, making this pillow cover a true treasure. Pillow insert not included. Care: Due to the delicate nature of old fabric, hand washing is preferred. Air dry. Warm iron if needed, Mild detergent. Do not bleach. Approximately 12" x  20" Please understand that this fabric is old and may have patches, holes, stains etc. - (please see pictures) these are not considered defects, but instead, part of the charm and history of the fabric.
