Pilgrim Glass Cranberry Pitcher Creamer

Pilgrim Glass, W. Virginia, introduced a line of cranberry glass in 1968 and became one of the largest producers of cranberry in the world. The process, a temperamental combination of gold and lead oxide was attempted by few manufacturers. This lovely specialty pattern of the late 1970's has raised diamond shaped flowers at the base, topped with diamonds and then swirls towards the rim. A clear crystal applied handle has two glass ripples. The company closed in 2002. Preowned in very good condition with the pontil scar seen on bottom. No chips or flea bites.
