Piggy Bank Vintage Mann Pottery Circa 1940's??

This handsome piggy is going out to work in his garden, equiped with a shovel and a bucket. He has put on his best sailor shirt, and his head is fitted with his best hat. He is a Mann Pottery piggy bank and I believe that he was made in the 1940's. He does have some small chipping on his bottom edge that is viewable in the picture above.
