Vintage Pierre Cardin Off the Shoulder Blouse in small. I believe this blouse is from the 1970s based on the tag. There are no stains or rips. Minor wear/pilling. The elastic still feels fairly stretchy and does not feel like it has dry rot. This is a sheer blouse and you will be able to see through it.
