Picnic vibe tank top

This piece is very picnic-chic. It has added ruffles for detail. The top part before the straps is stretchy like a strapless shirt. The shape appears to be more boxy because the straight edge hem. Has not been wore before and deserves a good wear on a date or to the store to get some flowers.
