Picnic Tie Back Dress

I've called this my picnic dress for obvious reasons, it's so adorable and so comfortable. The tie in the back is my favorite part. There is no tag, but it's about the size of a small, maybe a smaller medium. Like new condition, I've had it for a while but I've never worn it.
