I just wanted something cheap for beginners, but the face on these paddles is 1-2 inches smaller than regulation and the handles are tiny. It would be unfair to give to beginners. The only use I could think of would be for training. Since this is appears to be a smaller than regulation paddle face and thus for training would require better eye hand coordination to even hit the ball....otherwise useless.
