Picasso Bull Charm

Picasso Bull Charm made from 99% silver and 1% platinum (xrf tested by 3 different labs in US and Australia) I have done independent research on the piece and it does fit w/jewelry made by Pablo Picasso in his dentists office circa late 1940s-1950s. This is a piece that needs to be authenticated by a Picasso jewelry expert, not a jeweler. Feel free to ask questions, I am parting w/it because I do not have the time to continue researching it. Reasonable offers welcomex any insight into this piece? also appreciated.
