Piazza Sempione pleated top, size 12

Really beautiful shell or sleeveless top by Piazza Sempione size 48 which is 12 in US. This Italian, luxury designer makes the most beautiful quality items. This is a blend of cotton, rayon and elastane. It's super pretty on with the front pleats and detail. It has one button on the top of the neck, simple slip over design. About 20 inches pit to pit and 23 inches long. Excellent condition. It's lightweight but, not see-through. Take a peek at my other items too!
