Piazza Sempione imported cream and white multi knit sweater, shirt sleeves, sz44

Piazza Sempione! imported from Italy, just like my pizza wasn't. cream and white threads are knit together in very visually interesting and varied patterns throughout the multi knit sweater and left rough on edges to create more visual appeal. Short sleeves. Hems lined with thick white bands. Button up to a v-neck. sz44 (Italian sizing)! Small to medium. Tag is falling off halfway and there is a loose thread hanging up from it, but due to the nature of construction, does not appear to be causing any failure in quality or unravelling as they are already intentionally unkept hems.
