Vintage, classic Piazza Sempione Italian capri pant, flawlessly made. Italian size 42 usually converts to a U.S. size 6; however, vintage sizes are smaller so this pant would most likely be a size 4. Please see measurements. Measurements in inches (laying flat) --inseam: 26" --rise: 13.5" --waist: 15" --hips: 18" Handled and packaged in a clean, smoke-free home. Occasionally, I end up sourcing clothing that has been washed in chemically scented products and I apologize ahead of time if anyone is sensitive. These scents can usually be completely eliminated in 3-4 washings. I ship with compostable and/or recycled packaging :0)
