Very classy Piazza Sempione snap-front top/blazer, made in Italy. Black with silver snaps that contrast nicely. When it is fully snapped closed, it’s has a high neck or mock neck, but the tops fold down into a collar when the top snaps are undone. Faux pockets with flaps and a faux breast pocket. Very nice paneling and stitching details. Each wrist cuff has 5 snaps. Excellent used condition, no flaws. Marked Italian size 44, which I believe equates to a U.S. size 8, but I think this fits more like a size 6. Please check measurements. The fabric has a hint of stretch, not much.
