Dress length from shoulder to bottom hem laying flat is 49 inches. The dress is a darker red, closer to burgundy. Design is light tan. You are looking at a tiered tank dress from Phool. The dress is a full length slip style with a second long layer plus a third layer just on the top. There is one area of damage along the bottom of the middle (outer long) layer, see last photo. No other marks, stains, or damage that I can find. Please examine all photos as they are part of the condition description. Please see photos for condition and measurements. Measurements done with garment laying flat. New with tag clothing, new looking clothing, dry clean only, some hand wash only & ones missing the cleaning instructions are not washed.
