Phoggy dog red and blue vegan leather collar

Collar is 19” maximum and is adjustable up to 21.5”. Width is 1” Vegan leather base that is soft and flexible. Please measure before ordering to ensure the correct size as these cannot be returned. Please note, if your dog rubs or scratches their neck frequently, bling may fall off. Collars are intended for special occasions or short use in order to extend wear. My dogs do have these and so far have not lost bling even with rubbing, however I cannot guarantee the bling will stay as each dog is different and may cause rougher wear As these are handmade, there may be some imperfections in stitching or layout.
