Phipps & Julie Blue Taffeta Party Dress Size 2T

This is a Gorgeous midnight blue taffeta dress with variegated blue stitching, size 2T. It has a matching built in slip featuring white crinoline attached over the slip at the bottom that allows fullness. The front has a velvet blue “belt” with a rhinestone accent. It closes in the back with 3 navy blue buttons and ties with a sash. It is new without tags. The inside label says it is a 2 pc set but I only have the dress. It is machine wash cold, gentle cycle with similar colors. Use only non chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low, gentle cycle, remove promptly. Cool iron on reverse side if necessary.
