A fabulous pair of Rhinestone Shoulder Duster Earrings Dangle Articulated Topaz Vintage for pierced ears and each measure 3” long by 1 1/4” wide. There are three articulating sections to these earrings, and they are in a beautiful, yet simple, filigree design. These are a nice weight so there is a great “swing” to them.
