Philosophy ruching red dress

Striking red dress by Philosophy. Beautiful ruched waistline detail over one hip. Sleeves are 3/4 length. Fabric feels great (poly/spandex) and will hug your curves. Bought from another Posher and it’s a little snug. I am a size 4. Would probably work best for a size 2 or 0.
