Philosophy paisley dress

Fun and floaty Philosophy a-line paisley dress. Loose and flowing, but I wore it belted. Beautiful red, blue, pink and cream pattern. Layer it under a blazer or cardigan. Blazer in last photo is for sale in my closet.
