Phillip Lim Ruffle Front Mini Skirt

3.1 Phillip Lim navy blue skirt. This skirt is wool with a full silk lining, and the waistband is elastic with a zipper a hook closure. Ruffles down the front, there is some pilling on the wool, nothing a de-pulled couldn't fix. Some loose threads along the waistline, not really noticeable. The skirt is approximately 18.5" long from waistband to hem and 13" across the waist when laid flat. I would keep it, but I've moved to warmer climates. Loved pairing this with black tights and boots though.
