Philip Simon Paris button down retro (vintage?) shirt

Based on the way the top buttons, I’m thinking it’s a women’s shirt The content and care tag is very hard to read. I can make out 95% polyester but that’s about it Measurements in photos are approximate and taken lying flat This shirt is sooooo buttery soft One flaw to note is the stitching has come loose under the bottom button The color is almost camel or soft tan My guess is this too is somewhat vintage based on the single stitching
