Philip Lim for target black sheath dress. I took the tags off but I never wore it. When I moved it did get a very tiny snag (pictured.) It’s so classy with an element of surprise around the neckline. It’s sleeveless with a higher neck and can be dressed up or down. Looks great with a pair of kitten heels or a pair of white sneakers.
