Phantom Infant life preserver less than 30 lbs.

Lightly used infant life preserver. Our daughter wore it in the boat but never in the water as she was afraid of the water. There is a stain as shown in picture, not sure what it rubbed off from. Like brand new condition besides the stain. Price reflects the stain.
