Pewter Vintage seahorse necklace pendant designer signed

Really cute pewter seahorse necklace pendant. No chain included. it's somewhat movable. I adjusted his tail a little, but not much as I'm not sure what the metal is. I am almost sure it's pewter. This was an estate find. he is right at 2 1/4 long with tail curled up. I can't find the designer, but look at the photos closely. I took really close photos, if anyone knows who makes this, please let me know. It has a loop for hanging on a necklace or bracelet. check my closet often, I am posting vintage estate finds daily. bundle to save.
