This Old Detroit Tile depicts the the skyline of Detroit past and was originally designed by Pewabic co-founder Mary Chase Perry Stratton, circa 1915-1917. This measures approx. 3.5" wide and 3.25" tall. In the forefront is the former wooden Belle Isle Bridge. Symbols representing Detroit industry, agriculture, nautical industries, and construction are located in each corner of the tile. It adds an artistic touch to any space with its unique design and art pottery production style.
