terint2 @kguevara22 it can be removed and put back with the Velcros. How about $50. I also have a portable changing pad from Safety First. It is in good condition. I can include that with this bag.

terint2 @benkimkoonce no unfortunate it is a small one. I didn’t like to use it because it is small. I can give you the one from Summer Infant portable changing pad. It is in very good condition.
