Petticoat

White polyester petticoat. Zip back. Gathered. Elastic top. 2 under layers of stiff tulle. Lined in a silky fabric. Measures 13” across (26”). 40” long. Very good condition. Worn once. NOTE Says size 10. Fits like a size 4. Last picture shows a slight miss stitching on the back side, lower tier. Does not affect the function at all..
