Petsafe Basic Bark Control Collar red & black for small dog with 2 batteries

Petsafe brand Basic Bark Control Collar. Red & Black - Pre-owned, used only for a small while. The collar is for a small dog. It measures 11 inches long, so make sure your dog's neck is LESS than 11 inches or it won't fit (measure around the neck with a measuring tape). The collar can be made smaller, but not bigger. The battery attached to it currently is dead. You will take a quarter to remove it like the instructions book says and then I am giving you two new batteries. One for now and one replacement. Also comes with instructions booklet. Collar is on when new battery arrow points to the lock symbol. Collar is off when battery is removed or facing arrow symbol. Read book so your pet is safe. It shows you how to test the collar also. Once new battery is in you scrap the metal parts of the collar on the tile to test the shock. All in the book :)
